Lindsey found yoga and meditation in 2016 to help with the after effects of being diagnosed with a chronic illness. She was determined to not let it get her down and a daily yoga practice helped change her perspective on what matters most.

She is a RYT-500 that focuses on Vinyāsa, power and yin yoga asanas. She is forever stressing that "every body is a yoga body" and will offer modifications for poses that can be accessible to your body.

She wants everyone to reap the benefits that having a positive mind can offer.
